I manage the entire stack of business machines, including a secure network, user account security and permissions, a file server, backups, and the everyday systems that keep operations running smoothly. Whether something needs building or breaks down, I provide the same level of support and IT consulting services I've established for enterprise clients, tailored for small businesses without the added overhead. Additionally, I help with CRM software optimization to enhance productivity and can even assist with website design for your online presence. There aren't many consultants who have run these systems at real scale and are willing to set up your office printer. I do both.

I design, build, and maintain websites for real working businesses like Efficiency Inc, a tax practice, Sitting Pretty PDX, a Portland dog walking and pet sitting service, and StormFront, a working musical group.
