I'm the outsourced IT department for Efficiency Inc, a busy tax practice. That means I own the whole stack: a secure network, locked-down user accounts, a file server, and the everyday systems the business runs on. When something needs building or something breaks, I'm the one who architects it, fixes it, and keeps it running. I also consult for small business specifically seeking to deploy or optimize CRM/Ticketing software (Jira, Zendesk and/or Salesforce).

I design, build, and maintain websites for real working businesses. Efficiency Tax, a tax practice. Sitting Pretty PDX, a Portland dog walking and pet sitting service. StormFront, a working musical group and together with a small team produced www.shiloinns.com (although now operating independently). Each site fits how they actually operate, built clean and kept current, with the same standards I bring to enterprise work.

I take the time to understand how a business actually runs before I change anything, then I build systems that fit the way they work and keep running long after the project ends.
